Unlocking Success: Julie Fournier and BallisPsych

The first interaction I had with Julie was via Twitter in 2019.

She was well on her way in the development of BallisPsych, and through reading her blogs and Twitter threads every week, I knew it was a connection I needed to make.

As a writer, myself, I sent her a message offering to fill in and write a few blogs articles for her if she needed the help. She responded kindly with something like “Absolutely! I’d love the help!” So naturally… I never followed up. LOL #fail

Fast forward to 2023 and the 20 seconds of insane courage I had whenever I pulled the trigger on the Changing the Game Conference… Julie was one of the first coaches I reached out to.

As the Director of Player Development for Clemson WBB, Julie brings a unique blend of expertise, passion, and innovation to the court, transforming athletes both from a skilled perspective… but also from a brand-building perspective. This is an avenue of coaching and mentorship that is largely untapped.

Julie’s approach to player development is a masterclass in understanding the intricate dance between mind and body on the court and off. BallisPsych, her brainchild, goes beyond conventional training methods.

It's a holistic journey that delves into performance psychology, creating and emphasizing synergy between mind and body.

At the core of Julie's philosophy is the belief that true success emerges from resilience. BallisPsych isn't just about perfecting jump shots; it's about instilling a mindset that thrives in the face of challenges.

Julie Fournier is set to share her insights and ignite inspiration at the 'Changing The Game' conference at the 2024 Women’s Final Four.

As a speaker and a pivotal force in redefining player development, Julie will delve into the holistic approach that sets BallisPsych apart.

Join us at 'Changing The Game' to witness Julie's expertise firsthand and embark on a journey toward unlocking your own coaching and player development success. #ChangingTheGame #JulieFournier
